Therma-Floor radiant floor heating by MAASS Products
After insulating with the ultimate low profile thermal membranes, cover
radiant floor heating with the ideal thermal mass underlayment, Therma-Floor.
Poured over hydronic hot water tubes or electric heating cables, Therma-Floor is the
ideal thermal mass for any radiant floor system. Therma-Floor encases the tubes or
cables in crack-resistant, non-combustible gypsum, specially formulated to resist
breakdown to 66 degrees. Poured only 32mm thick, Therma-Floor also makes your heating
system more responsive and your home more comfortable. Response times are typically a
couple of hours only. Owing to its lighter mass, upstairs 'mini slab' heating over
timber frame is now a reality, allowing complete floor heating systems to be installed
on double storey timber frame properties.
Carpet, tile or vinyl can then be installed directly over the Therma-Floor screed.
With pumps capable of pouring up to 1000m2 per day no job is too big for our crew.
We offer an overnight service if required and our products are ready to walk on in a
few hours, minimising down time and allowing contractors and light trades to continue
working.
